The Sunset Showdown 1

This June tournament will mark the kick-off of the series and we’ll have the second two tournaments in July and August. This tournament is registered as a World Star tournament.

WHO CAN COMPETE?
Any recreational or competitive archer who is a member of USA Archery and belongs to a Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD), Collegiate Archery Program, or Adult Archery Program Club. A USA Archery Membership is required to participate.

Participants must be a member of USA Archery. (Recreational Membership is not a valid type for event participation.) 

Current NFAA members must register for a Temporary NFAA membership for each event.

Format:
This will be a 720 Round with Eliminations. 
For qualifications, archers will shoot 2 rounds of 36 arrows with a short 10-15 minute break between rounds.  Each round will consist of 6 ends with 6 arrows each. Two ends of official practice will start at 6:15 pm.

Eliminations will be held on Saturday, June 17.

Barebow
Junior – 50M, 122cm Face
Cadet – 50M, 122cm Face
Cub – 30M, 122cm Face
Bowman – 30M, 122cm Face

Medals will be given at each of the three tournaments and a custom buckle will be awarded to the winner of each division determined by the combined best total score in each division.  In order to be eligible for the buckle award, archers must participate in all three tournaments.

The tournament maximum will be 60 archers and will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis.  All others will be placed on a waiting list in case a registered archer cancels.
