– form evals, base line score and round Robin head to head
– instruction, introduce The Barebow Shot Sequence
– The Building Blocks Of The Mental Game
– basic tuning
– introduce the library of shooting drills.
Sunday
– continue shooting drills
– Finish Building Blocks Of The Mental Game w/ Do’s & Do Nots
– advanced tuning
– identify the steps of your shot process.
Lastly we will do a round Robin elimination learning how to implement what you learned!
