SUMMARY:2022 AZ State Field Championships
DESCRIPTION:In partnership with USA Archery Arizona\, Desert Destroyers hosts the AZ State Field Championships. The tournament will be held at the Naranja Park Archery Range walking courses\, 810 West Naranja Drive\, Oro Valley\, AZ. Located in the Town of Oro Valley with the beautiful Santa Catalina Mountains as the back drop\, Naranja Park Archery Range’s  East and West walking courses will be the field of play in the amazing Sonoran Desert. Good shoes or boots are recommended for the trails in certain locations are steep. \n\n\n\nThere will be 24 targets shot on Saturday November 19. 12 unmarked targets on the West walking course. Then there will be 12 marked targets (known distances) shot\, on the East course after completing the West course. Three arrows will be shot at each target for a total of 72 arrows. \n\n\n\nArcher check-in will be at 7:00am on Saturday. Practice opens at 7:00am\, an Archer meeting will be held at 8:45am\, shooting to follow at 9:30 am. Awards to follow on Saturday after all of the score cards are turned in and scores verified.

The target will be the 122cm NFAA multicolored target face with gold-red-blue scoring areas. \n\n\n\n·       Cub distances will be 10-20-30 yards.  \n\n\n\n·       Youth distances will be 30-40-50 yards.  \n\n\n\n·       Young Adult\, adults and age 50+ will shoot 40-50-60 yards.  \n\n\n\n·       Barebow Recurve\, longbow\, barebow compound\, and traditional Young Adult\, Adult\, Senior\, Silver Senior\, and Master Senior is 30-40-50 yards.

Archers will shoot Saturday October 22nd. \n\n\n\nCompound Bow and Fixed Pin– 72 arrow round from appropriate distance for their bow and age. All archers shoot on a 80cm 6 Ring target face.  Archers will shoot Sunday October 23rd. \n\n\n\nFixed Pins is only for U13\, U15\, U18 and U21 \n\n\n\nNo unofficial Practice.
